Plasma Universe 2010 astronomy calendar

The Plasma Universe 2010 calendar features a dozen awe-inspiring images of the cosmos, in which plasma plays an important role.

While plasma makes up a considerable proportion of the Universe, not everyone knows its incredible properties... from its ability to form filaments, constrict into "pinches", conduct electricity better than metals, and form particle beams that may span the galaxies.

Both educational and artistic, the calendar will satisfy the experienced astronomer to the youngest of students.

The calendar runs 14 months from Dec 2009 to Jan 2011 inclusive.
