Okay, I took a bit of French in HS, and passed a 2nd year college examination for credit and to get out of actually TAKING the classes. So, let me get a slightly better translation of a few of the article titles (I'm assuming some of the titles were translated by online translators, which are sometimes "dumb" or "literal" translators; I'll try to get closer to the actual meaning of the titles, as I understand them):

Ondes électriques dans des fils; depression de l'ondes qui se propage dans des conducteurs

• (Electric waves in wires; depression of the waves that propagate in conductors)

Sur les ondes électrique dans des fils; la force électrique dans le voisinage du conducteur

• (On electric waves in wire; the electric force in the vicinity of the conductor)

Sur la nature de la réflexion des ondes électriques au bout d'un fil conducteur

• (On the nature of the reflection of electric waves at the end of a conductive wire)

Sur les ondes électriques le long de fils mince; calcul de dépression

• (On electric waves along a thin wire; calculation of the depression)

I think the above is more accurate. 'Magnetique' being the adjective (coming after the noun), that describes the dielectric. Pretty sure on this? Assuming I recall my French grammar correctly. So, it would be a magnetic/magnetized dielectric as opposed to a dielectric magnet. I think. Assuming there's a difference between those phrases, physically speaking...

• On cathodic rays under the {action/influence?} of intense magnetic forces.

In this context, I'd probably translate it more toward "influence," as I think that was the author's intent?

Sur un spectre des rayons cathodiques.

• (On a spectrum of cathode rays)

Sur le phénomène de succion de rayons cathodique par on pole magnétique.

• On the phenomenon of {suction/pulling/bending?} of cathode rays by {one magnetic pole/a magnetic monopole?}.

Not sure if this should read "by a particular magnetic pole" or by a "magnetic monopole?" Also not sure if "suction" is the right word in this context. I'd almost prefer to translate it as "pulling?" Just guessing from context... So, perhaps, "On the phenomenon of the {suction/pulling/bending} of cathode rays by {a magnetic pole/a magnetic monopole}."? Something to that effect?
